Why us?

India has 2.5 million orphans, including 1.3 million orphaned as a result of AIDS/HIV. More orphans face a variety of physical, social, and psychological issues, such as a lack of nourishment, education, and maltreatment. Only 5% believe they will be able to complete a basic degree of schooling. They will be ignorant, unskilled, and poor adults if they do not receive aid. Safar focuses its efforts on establishing an environment in which they get customized attention and the support of a family.

Career guidance & Mentorship:

Orphans frequently struggle to find a vocation that suits them, and what they most need at such time is someone to advise them. As a result, Safar is trying to provide career coaching and mentoring to children in orphanages by making it simple for speakers to go in and assist them. What options are there in terms of education? and how should it be pursued? It might also be about their enthusiasm. They can obtain step-by-step instructions on how to reach their goals. Here is a list of ways mentorships could help orphans learn:It broadens perspectives on a topic of interest by providing helpful knowledge, skill sets, chances for creative and critical thinking, and practical applications,Improved and authentic linkages to critical fields of expertise and others in the "real world" (This involves exposure to fields of interest, which leads to increased career path knowledge, role preparation, and respect for achievement in the selected sector.),Intellectual challenge and increased competence, including the creation of a possible portfolio of acquired learning achievements,Encouragement and guidance for self-directed learning, and Positive role models, including assisting orphans in better understanding routes to high performance.
